After graduating from law school, Mr. Smith practiced law with several New Orleans law firms specializing in pharmaceutical litigation and insurance defense before becoming an Assistant District Attorney with the Orleans Parish District Attorney’s Office. As a prosecutor, Mr. Smith gained invaluable experience as a trial lawyer prosecuting hundreds of cases and handling countless judge and jury trials.
Mr. Smith resides in New Orleans with his wonderful wife Kevin, a labor law attorney, and their two children.
