Overview
Salvadore Christina, Jr, grew up in New Orleans and currently resides in Baton Rouge. Salvadore graduated from Jesuit High and Louisiana State University with a Bachelor of Science International Trade and Finance. After working in his family’s seafood business for a year, he returned to LSU to attend Paul M. Hebert Law School, where he graduated in 2000.
Since graduating from Paul M. Hebert Law School, Salvadore has had an active and diverse civil litigation practice and is admitted to practice before all State and Federal courts in Louisiana.
Salvadore worked for a small boutique law firm in Baton Rouge, Boudreaux & Whitworth, for 3 years and then joined the Becnel Law Firm in Reserve, La. Salvadore was with the Becnel Law Firm for 18 years. While with the Becnel Law Firm, Salvadore represented thousands of individuals in Multi-District Litigation against pharmaceutical companies, medical device manufacturers, chemical companies and oil companies. Some of the notable litigation included: Serzone MDL, Neurontin MDL, Vioxx MDL, Sprint Fidelis Lead MDL; Chinese Drywall MDL, and the Deepwater Horizon Oil Spill.
In 2023, Mr. Christina joined the Whitworth Law Firm and handles cases involving personal injury, workers’ compensation, family law and criminal matters.
Mr. Christina is a member of the Baton Rouge Bar Association and Louisiana State Bar Association. Mr. Christina is a member of St. Aloysius Parish Church. the Southside Civic Association. Mr. Christina is married to Amy Christina and they have 4 children. Much of Mr. Christina’s time out of the office is spent coaching his kids in various sports at their schools.
