I have retained Mr. Carby on three different occasions over the last eight years. Two were for traffic related issues and one was as a plaintiff in a personal injury case related to an automobile accident. Steven has always been upfront regarding the law and the possible outcome. Each time the trial outcome was favorable and went as Mr. Carby had explained. The current case is pending. Many attorneys are hard to reach but he and his staff updates you with timely information and keeps you informed of actions related to your case as they occur. His communication is second to none. I always felt my case was secure and I was comfortable with Steven leading me through my legal issues. Steven is also prompt in referring me to attorneys outside his area of practice. I feel like I am in good hands throughout the process of law and litigation.
