Overview

Andrew J. Cloutier is the fourth Cloutier brother to join the firm, having worked at the firm's title company in the 1980's after graduating from Cheverus High School in Portland. Andy learned the skills of an expert land title examiner after attending Bentley College as he completed an undergraduate degree at USM and completed his studies with a J.D from Vermont Law School.

He joined the firm as an attorney in 1991, and has served diverse clients in matters including civil and criminal litigation, personal injury and bankruptcy. In recent years, Andrew has served as chief title abstracting counsel and has assumed responsibility for the firm's probate practice needs, including estate management and trust matters, which also includes Special Needs Trusts.

Andrew also represents disabled persons making claims for Social Security income disability and SSI benefits.

A lifelong Greater Portland resident, Andy has been an active organizer and participant in attorney recreation programs in Cumberland County.
