Hired Attorney 2024If you value your freedom and money don't use this lying scamming piece of garbage. He basically took $1500 from me and screwed me over. He based his entire defense for me off of an outdated law code book, he couldn't be bothered to have updated statutes for the state that we live in. He was nasty and rude, kept telling me to shut up the whole time. He provided absolutely no defense for me whatsoever. He didn't understand the charges, didn't bother to research them at all prior to the court date and couldn't defend them, and instead of just saying that he wast able to defend me he went into the court room and almost had me put in jail due to his incompetence. The worst part was, I actually had evidence showing that the prosecution was lying and he ignored all of my evidence and didn't dispute the obvious lies I had proof against. He also gave me bad advice during the trial, I asked repeatedly to just go ahead with a PBJ and he kept telling me not to even though he had no defense prepared, so I almost got put in jail at the end because we rejected the PBJ in the beginning. Thanks to his horrible advice. There were basic things that he should have known as a lawyer that he did not know. I have since reported him to the states attorney, but if you value your money and your freedom, use any other lawyer besides this scammer. If I could give negative stars I would. I hope to take legal action against him in the future.
