Julie Swann has been working as an attorney in the estate planning and estate administration field for over 12 years.

She has assisted numerous clients with their estate planning, including the preparation of a Last Will and Testament, Power of Attorney, Advanced Directive and Life Estate Deed.

Julie also solely manages the estate administration of thousands of Estates, which includes, but is not limited to : preparing various estate administration documents, communicating regularly with Personal Representatives and the Register of Wills, and attending hearings with the Orphans’ Court as needed.

By previously working with the Orphans’ Court of Baltimore City, alongside the Register of Wills, she has gained inside knowledge on how Judges make decisions on estate administration documents, as well as the Estate hearing process.

Constantly going above and beyond the parameters of her position, she has been vital to the continued success of the firm’s estate department, as well as the firm as a whole.
