Overview
Rita Gribko has over 25 years of litigation experience in civil, family, and criminal practice. Throughout her career, Rita has devoted herself to service, most significantly representing survivors of childhood sexual abuse. She is committed to providing personalized, caring representation to our clients while maintaining a standard of professional excellence, integrity, and ethics.
After graduating from Rutgers University School of Law, Rita served as a Judicial Clerk to the Honorable Charles J. Harrington, Jr., J.S.C., in the Family Division and the Honorable Frances L. Antonin, J.S.C., in the Criminal Division in Hudson County, New Jersey. Thereafter, while serving as an Assistant Prosecutor in the Hudson County Prosecutor's Office, she gained experience in Criminal Litigation, including representing the State on behalf of domestic violence victims whose restraining orders were violated. Her background also includes extensive work in personal injury matters, including traumatic brain injuries, wrongful death and survivor actions, medical malpractice, complex liability and injuries, and representing survivors of sexual abuse.
