Overview
Chris is a native of Baltimore and a graduate of the University of Baltimore, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice, and a master’s degree in public administration. He earned his law degree from the University of Baltimore School of Law and became a member of the Maryland Bar in 1985. He is also admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court. Chris is a member of the American, Maryland State, Harford County, and Women’s Bar Associations. He is currently the chair-elect for the Family and Juvenile Law Section of the Maryland State Bar Association and is on the executive section council for the Solo and Small Firm Section of the Maryland State Bar Association.
