Overview

From the Columbia, Maryland, law office of Frank, Frank & Scherr, LLC, we advise people on how to effectively construct an estate plan, address guardianships and handle the complete spectrum of other elder law issues. We offer consultations, charged at $500 for two hours, to assess our clients’ needs and begin to develop a strategy that satisfies their goals. Most importantly, we immediately respond to their concerns and work to alleviate their worries.

The attorneys at our law office are completely committed to providing the best possible advice to clients. In addition to using effective communication tactics, we also dedicate time outside our practice to improving our service. We are members of organizations such as the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the National Association of Social Workers and the Elder Law and Disability Rights Section of the Maryland State Bar Association, Inc.

Beyond our involvement in legal organizations is the time we spend in our communities, such as participating in speaking engagements related to our work and educating people about how to make informed decisions about their future.
