Handled contract, business and bankruptcy litigation, real estate disputes involving claims in excess of $3 million, employment, civil rights and First Amendment litigation, serious personal injury and medical malpractice litigation (including a Frederick County jury verdict of $877,000). Appointed class counsel in federal wage claim involving over 150 class members. Successfully prosecuted copyright, trademark, restrictive covenant and injunctive relief claims in federal court. Litigated numerous appeals of administrative cases in state court. Achieved successful results in dozens of summary judgment proceedings in state and federal court.
