A life-long resident of Maryland, Shelly is a graduate of the University of Maryland, College Park (B.A. 1997) and the University of Baltimore School of Law (J.D. 2004). After graduating from law school, Shelly had the honor to serve as Judicial Clerk to Judge Steven I. Platt of the Circuit Court for Prince George’s County, Maryland.
Shelly M.
