Overview
Ms. White is an Associate with Winer, McKenna & Burritt, LLP, where she primarily represents employees and injured individuals in employment discrimination, harassment, personal injury, retaliation, wrongful termination, and civil rights cases. Her commitment and passion for representing people who had their civil rights violated has resulted in significant results for her clients at trial, mediation, and arbitration. Ms. White is dedicated not only to zealous representation of her clients, but also to ensuring her clients understand and have access to the judicial process.
Ms. White earned her J.D. from Suffolk University School of Law in Boston, Massachusetts, in 2007. Ms. White also attended the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, as a visiting student in 2007.
Ms. White has lectured and written on employment discrimination, social justice, and civil rights issues throughout her legal education and career.
Ms. White is a licensed member of the State Bar of California. She is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court in the Northern and Eastern Districts of California, as well as in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of California.
