The resolution process begins with Roy’s in depth client interview where client goals and objectives are discussed. Roy then poses various options and explains the pros and cons of each option enabling his clients to reach an informed decision regarding the strategy chosen to pursue by the client to achieve a resolution. Roy’s focus is always on the client and providing a comprehensive solution to complex problems in a way that is of most benefit to the client.
