I called this law firm a total of 3 times requesting to speak with a lawyer or make an appointment for a consultation to confirm if I had a case against my former employer. I was informed that Pam Ashby would need to assist me and that the details discussed with the receptionist would be relayed to Ms. Ashby and that she would be giving me a called to discuss my case in further detail. I've NEVER received any return phones calls from Pam Ashby. I had even follow-up several times with phones calls and no success reaching Ms. Ashby. I wish could give a rating of ZERO instead of a one!!

Found Jackson &Associates Law Firm on Google. Had no prior knowledge of the firm. I took a chance and contacted the firm. I received professional and prompt service through my entire case. From the consultation to the trial. Attorney Pam Ashby handled my family law case and every step of the way I was kept informed. Ms Ashby was thorough and so personable. I recommend this law firm for anyone looking to hire an Attorney

From the very first conversation I had with an associate, I was confident that my case would be handled and I wouldn’t have anything to worry about. She took thorough notes on what happened, knew what questions to ask and was very knowledgeable of the process and what had to be done. My case was settled in a reasonable amount of time and in my favor. Jackson and Associates saved me thousands of dollars. I couldn’t have done it without them. I would definitely use them again and would absolutely refer them to anyone who needed a lawyer .

They said free consultation then I called and a man said I need to pay 175.00 for a phone consultation. This is false advertising.
