Overview
Ryan grew up in a family of lawyers, his father was an attorney and two of his three siblings practice law. Ryan yearned to be an attorney from a very young age. He became fascinated with the law when is father would take him to court and he would observe the legal proceedings. Ryan worked hard to obtain his dream and after graduating from the University of Maryland, he went on to the University of Baltimore School of Law and graduated with honors in 2017. While in law school, Ryan concentrated on Criminal Practice and practiced as a student attorney in the Criminal Practice Clinic. Under Md Rule 19-220, Ryan worked as a student attorney with the Baltimore City Office of the Public Defender. While representing indigent client in Baltimore City, Ryan won his very first trial. He gained invaluable experience representing clients in both the District and Circuit Court for Baltimore City. After passing the Maryland Bar Exam on his first try, Ryan immediately went to work with the Law Office of Thomas C. Mooney to continue to defend individuals charged with various offenses.
