Attorney Benjamin Falkner joined Krasnoo, Klehm & Falkner LLP as an associate in 2006 and was graduated from The Ohio State University (magna cum laude, 2002) and Suffolk University Law School (magna cum laude, 2006). With over eighteen years of experience, Ben devotes his entire practice to criminal and civil litigation in the state and federal courts of Massachusetts and New Hampshire. He has tried both civil and criminal cases in U.S. District Court, as well as in the Massachusetts and New Hampshire Superior Courts, and the Massachusetts District and Juvenile Courts. He has argued before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, the Supreme Judicial Court of Massachusetts and the Massachusetts Appeals Court. Ben is a tireless fighter for the rights of the accused. He stands up for those accused of any crime, from trespass to murder, including internet crimes, drug crimes, sex crimes, violent crimes, property crimes and drunk driving. He helps children and adults accused of crimes. Ben has also represented people facing the loss of their job or suspension from school. He also represents people before administrative agencies, such as the federal Merit Systems Protection Board, the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination and the Massachusetts Department of Youth Services. He also represents people facing classification by the Sex Offender Registry Board. Ben currently accepts court appointments to represent indigent criminal defendants in the New Hampshire Federal District Court, New Hampshire Superior Court and in the Superior, District and Juvenile Courts of Middlesex and Essex Counties in Massachusetts.
Ben is a member of the American Bar Association, the Federal Bar Association, the Lawrence Bar Association (where he serves as President) and the Massachusetts Bar Association.
