Timothy R. Weeks received a B.A. from Boston College, a J.D. from Northeastern University, and an LL.M. in Taxation from Boston University. He is admitted to practice in the Massachusetts Courts, United States District Court, District of Massachusetts, and the United States Tax Court. Tim provides comprehensive estate planning counsel and is seasoned in wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, special/supplemental needs trusts, basic estate planning documents as health care proxies and durable powers of attorneys, as well as more advanced trust vehicles for wealth transfer and estate and gift tax avoidance. His practice involves all facets of estate planning, estate and trust administration, probate avoidance (and probate when needed), tax advice and advocacy. Prior roles and experience include client representation before the Internal Revenue Service, United States Tax Court, Probate & Family Court, Massachusetts Department of Revenue and Appellate Tax Board, providing creative solutions to client financial issues, working with families, personal representatives and trustees in the administration, management and distribution of trusts and estates.

When he’s not working, Tim spends time with his wife and four daughters. He has volunteered as a coach for the past fifteen years with the Lexington United Soccer Club and the Lexington Little League Softball division. He is also a Board Member of Lexington Little League.
