In 2013, we worked on a personal injury case where the jury gave about $147 million to a child who got Stevens-Johnson Syndrome (SJS) and Toxic Epidermal Necrolysis (TEN) after taking Children's Motrin. This was a landmark failure-to-warn case that resulted in the highest personal injury verdict in Massachusetts history.
