Jessica Gray is the co-founder of Santoro & Gray Law with her longtime trial partner and friend Tori Santoro. Attorney Gray has been practicing law with both Attorney Santoro and Attorney Henry since the beginning of her legal career. She is a talented trial attorney, who immediately made a name for herself as a passionate litigator and advocate for her clients.

Attorney Gray handles high-exposure cases including motor vehicle and trucking collisions, premises liability, construction accidents, and product liability. She has achieved six and seven-figure resolutions in multiple cases involving clients who have suffered catastrophic traumatic injuries, and those who have lost a loved one. She and her co-founder Tori Santoro achieved a $1.65 Million dollar verdict in a slip-and-fall case tried in Plymouth County – a result nearly unheard of for this type of case. The verdict was 27.5x higher than the highest settlement offer.

Attorney Gray was voted a Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2023 and 2024 and was honored with the Excellence In The Law “Up & Coming Lawyer” award from Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly. She was also selected to be part of the Massachusetts Leadership Academy class of 2022-2023. She currently serves on the Civil Litigation Section Council for the Massachusetts Bar Association.

Attorney Gray is an active member in a variety of local and national organizations that focus on protecting the rights of her injured clients and preserving the civil justice system, including the Victim Rights Law Center and the American Association for Justice, a national community of trial lawyers seeking to promote justice and fairness for their injured clients by safeguarding victims’ rights and strengthening the civil justice system. Attorney Gray has also had the pleasure of speaking at local continuing legal education seminars and, along with Attorney Santoro, is passionate about providing law students and young attorneys with the tools and support necessary to maintain a long-term career in litigation. Attorney Gray is also a member of the Young Professionals Network of Rosie’s Place, the first women-only shelter in the United States which serves to support the poor and homeless community of women in Boston through meals, beds, education, outreach, and more.

Attorney Gray, who grew up in Carver, Massachusetts, and currently resides in Boston, attended Suffolk Law School and received her undergraduate degree from Wheaton College where she majored in Sociology. Her thesis, which studied the relationship between race and capital punishment, was voted by the faculty as the most outstanding in the Department and sparked her interest in pursuing a path where she could develop the skills to be a voice for people who need it most.

Attorney Gray grew up an avid horseback rider and dancer. She was also a highly recruited athlete who played all 4 years on Wheaton’s Women’s Varsity Soccer team (ranked top 25 nationally; 4 appearances in the NCAA Tournament). Attorney Gray believes the best education you can get is through traveling and jumps at any opportunity to see a new part of the world. To date, her favorite place she has traveled to is Africa.
