Overview

Prior to joining TKCK, Daniel was a Litigation Associate at D’Ambrosio Brown LLP from 2005 to 2014. Daniel deals with various areas of civil and complex commercial litigation, general liability, construction litigation, licensing, employment discrimination, and personal injury actions. Daniel has recently been selected for inclusion in Boston Magazine and Massachusetts Super Lawyers – Rising Stars.

Daniel received his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Suffolk Law School where he was the Editor-in-Chief of the Suffolk University Transnational Law Review, a member of Phi Delta Phi, and the recipient of the Jurisprudence Award in Labor Law. Daniel is also a cum laude graduate of Northeastern University.

Daniel is admitted to practice in Massachusetts, the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit and the Supreme Court of the United States. He is also a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association.
