Garrett D. Lee is co-managing partner of Morgan & Morgan's Boston office. Prior to joining Morgan & Morgan, he was a founding partner of Mitcheson & Lee LLP. Garrett is a lifelong Massachusetts resident.
Garrett is a personal injury trial lawyer who has obtained substantial compensation for victims of injury through settlements and trial verdicts. He has a winning record trying cases in the Superior Court, District Court, and Housing Courts in Massachusetts. Garrett is the author of "Preparation of a Plaintiff's Case" for the Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education Tort Law Manual. He is also the current co-chair of the Tort and Insurance Law Section for the Boston Bar Association. Garrett is a frequent speaker on the topics of personal injury law and law firm practice management. He concentrates his practice on cases involving auto accidents, slip-and-falls, product liability, animal attacks, medical malpractice, and wrongful death cases.
Garrett's commitment to clients and record of outstanding case results have earned him recognition as a "Rising Star" by New England Super Lawyers Magazine and Boston Magazine for eight consecutive years.
