Overview
Jessica is Of Counsel to the firm and brings elite trial and negotiation experience to the team. She represents employees and employers in all employment disputes, including severance negotiations, discrimination trials, and unpaid wage class actions. She began her legal career clerking at the Massachusetts Superior Court, where she assisted the Justices in all phases of criminal and civil litigation, including employment and discrimination matters. Following her clerkship, Jessica worked as an Assistant District Attorney in Massachusetts in the Sexual Assault and Family Violence Unit, where she was responsible for handling all aspects of a diverse felony and misdemeanor caseload, from conducting evidentiary hearings and drafting pretrial pleadings, to presenting cases for bench and jury trials. Jessica was then appointed to the Appeals Unit, where she drafted briefs and petitions for interlocutory appeals, and successfully argued several cases before the Massachusetts Appeals Court. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Arts cum laude from Bucknell University and was inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa academic honors society. She holds a Juris Doctor from Northeastern University School of Law. Jessica is admitted to the Massachusetts and Connecticut state bar.
