Overview

Joseph joined TKCK as an associate attorney in June 2018. Joseph primarily handles workers’ compensation cases. Prior to coming to TKCK, he was an associate at a law firm in Boston that focused on Social Security Disability, Personal Injury and Workers’ Compensation Litigation. He primarily traveled the country representing clients in Social Security Disability hearings.

Joseph graduated from New England Law | Boston, cum laude, with his Juris Doctor in 2016, and from Saint Anselm University with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice in 2013. While attending Law school, Joseph served as a 3.03 certified student attorney representing indigent clients in all matters relating to Family Law. Additionally, he worked at a real estate and civil litigation law firm that dealt with all aspects of real estate transactions, litigations and land development.
