Julie A. Sacks - Boston, MA

Julie Sacks is an associate in the Labor and Employment Law Group. Her practice has focused on representing management in public sector labor and employment law and education law matters.

Prior to joining Adler Pollock & Sheehan, Julie served as an assistant city solicitor for the city of Providence for three years. Julie successfully represented the Providence School Board in binding labor grievance arbitrations, as well as administrative and judicial proceedings. Julie handled a variety of labor and employment matters that included discipline and discharge cases, unfair labor practice claims, and discrimination claims. Julie’s government service also includes prior work as a Chief Employee Relations Officer for the State of Rhode Island Department of Administration in its Human Resources division.
