Firm Information

Overview

Kazarian Law provides dedicated legal malpractice and business litigation representation to clients in Boston, Massachusetts, as well as throughout New England. As the law firm's founder, I work to help those I represent achieve efficient and effective solutions to their legal problems, so they may focus their attention on moving forward.

I am committed to helping everyday people hold their legal representatives accountable for mistakes that cost them their cases, business interests or money. I aid clients who suffered legal harm at the hands of their attorneys due to factors such as conflicts of interests, a failure to observe the statute of limitations or a settlement made without the client's knowledge or approval. I also provide representation to clients with litigation and appellate matters such as partner and shareholder disputes, business organizations, breach of contract, wrongful termination and defense of intellectual property.

In addition to providing legal malpractice and business litigation services, my law firm accepts personal injury law cases. I strive to help those injured due to the negligent or otherwise unsafe actions of others to recover the maximum compensation for their associated losses, which includes their pain and suffering, lost wages and medical expenses. I also handle civil litigation and trial cases, helping give a voice and find financial justice for those whose civil rights have been infringed upon.

As the founder of Kazarian Law, I have served the Boston community for 39 years. My dedication to providing my clients with quality representation while maintaining high ethical standards for my practice has helped me achieve the highest possible rating of AV Preeminent* from Martindale-Hubbell. To best serve those I represent, my law firm offers free initial consultations, and I accept credit card payments.

*AV®, AV Preeminent®, Martindale-Hubbell Distinguished and Martindale-Hubbell Notable are certification marks used under license in accordance with the Martindale-Hubbell certification procedures, standards and policies. Martindale-Hubbell® is the facilitator of a peer review rating process. Ratings reflect the anonymous opinions of members of the bar and the judiciary. Martindale-Hubbell® Peer Review RatingTM fall into two categories - legal ability and general ethical standards.
