Mark Kelly became a partner at TKCK in 2007. Mark joined TKCK in 2000 as an associate. Mark served as Assistant General Counsel for the Department of Industrial Accidents and Special Assistant Attorney General for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts from 1995 to 2000. Mark was an account representative for CIGNA Insurance Company from 1991 to 1995. He was a senior outside claims representative for Commercial Union Insurance Company from 1987 to 1991. As a claims adjuster for many years, Mark handled workers’ compensation, auto bodily injury, uninsured and underinsured motorists, general liability, and property claims. Mark received a Juris Doctor from New England School of Law in 1994. Mark received a B.A. in economics from Boston College in 1984.
