Attorney Information
Overview
Paul C. Kelly was born in Boston 1929 in Boston and grew up on the South Shore. Paul was a first-generation from Ireland, and was pre-deceased by his wife Grace by 67 days, with whom he shared a lifetime of love and memories.
Paul was a proud graduate of Boston English High School, where he played baseball, hockey and golf. He was a "Double Eagle" graduating from Boston College and Boston College Law School. He served with distinction in the United States Army during the Korean Conflict, notably as a member of the Army Intelligence Corps, where he demonstrated his commitment to service and country.
After his military service, Paul embarked on a distinguished legal career, rising to the position of Managing Partner at the prestigious law firm Parker, Coulter, Daley & White. He served Of Counsel at Tentindo, Kendall, Canniff and Keefe for over 25 years until his death. He was known as a mentor and leader in the legal community, revered by fellow attorneys, clients and judges alike. His professional life was characterized by the same integrity, discipline and compassion that he brought to every aspect of his life.
An avid golfer, Paul was a member of Wollaston Golf Club in Milton for close to six decades. He championed the sport throughout his life, winning state tournaments in the 1940s and an octogenarian event at age 90. He achieved five holes in one and "played his age" into his 90s.
Family was everything to Paul and he and his wife were the proud parents of four children and nine grandchildren. His role of "Poppa" was one of his greatest joys and frequent phone calls and texts from "Pops" brightened their days and he was known as the number 1 fan on the sidelines and in the bleachers and rinks of their many sporting events. He was predeceased by his four siblings, and each of his siblings held a special place in his heart and they stayed connected over the course of their lifetimes, whether at family cookouts, holidays or BC tailgates. Moreover, Uncle Paul, as he was also known, loved and was loved by his many nieces and nephews as evidenced by their loyal visits and calls.
Paul and Grace Kelly's was a true love story. Married for 67 years, he couldn't live even 67 days without her. He will be tremendously missed and his family and friends’ hearts are broken.

How do I choose a lawyer?
Consider the following:
- Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
- Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
- Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
- City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?
Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?
Here are a few to get you started:
- How long have you been in practice?
- How many cases like mine have you handled?
- How often do you settle cases out of court?
- What are your fees and costs?
- What are the next steps?
Want to check lawyer discipline?
It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:
- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
