Overview

Robert E. McLaughlin, Jr. was born in Brighton, Massachusetts on March 8, 1968. Mr. McLaughlin graduated from Tufts University in 1990, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science. After college, Mr. McLaughlin attended Suffolk University Law School in Boston, Massachusetts where he earned his Juris Doctor degree in 1993, graduating cum laude. Following graduation, Mr. McLaughlin worked for the Middlesex County District Attorney's Office where he gained valuable trial experience in the bench and jury trial sessions, prosecuting both felonies and misdemeanors. Since joining the firm's litigation practice in January, 1995, Mr. McLaughlin has concentrated his practice in the areas of general commercial litigation, domestic relations law, landlord and tenant law and criminal litigation. Mr. McLaughlin is admitted to practice in the courts of Massachusetts and the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. He currently resides in Westwood, Massachusetts.
