Robert Riccio joined TKCK in July 2019. He has over 20 years of experience in Workers’ Compensation defense litigation on behalf of insurers, self insurers and municipalities.
He has argued cases at the appellate level in front of the Reviewing Board of the DIA and the Massachusetts Court of Appeals.
Attorney Riccio is a 1991 graduate of Tufts University with a Bachelor of Arts double major in History and Political Science. He then received his Juris Doctor from Western New England School of Law in 1995. He is admitted to the Massachusetts Bar.
