Overview
Stephen Migausky has more than 40 years of experience advising clients on a wide range of ERISA and employee benefit matters, including qualified retirement plans, tax-sheltered annuities, nonqualified deferred compensation arrangements, split-dollar life insurance arrangements, and executive compensation. He also has considerable expertise counseling benefit plan fiduciaries and their advisers and investment firms on their fiduciary responsibilities regarding plan administration and investment issues.
Prior to joining The Wagner Law Group, Stephen served as tax counsel for a major insurance company in the Boston area. For many years he was a pension law instructor at Bentley College.

- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
