Overview
Mr. Garvey represents clients in a broad range of complex commercial disputes and construction litigation. Mr. Garvey’s extensive experience includes the representation of clients at all stages of litigation, including the preparation of pleadings, drafting and argument of dispositive motions, management of discovery, and trial support.
Mr. Garvey joined Fitch after practicing at the Boston offices of Foley Hoag LLP and Preti Flaherty LLP where he focused on complex litigation, construction law, and white-collar defense. While in law school Mr. Garvey served as a staff writer for the Intellectual Property and Technology Forum and as a student attorney at Boston College’s Community Enterprise Clinic.
