Overview
Steven J. Bolognese joined TKCK in 2007. Prior to joining the firm, he held various leadership positions in industry including managing customer service, operational and human resource departments for both US Airways and United Airlines. Steve’s practice areas include workers’ compensation under Massachusetts and Federal acts including the Longshore and Harbor Workers Compensation Act, and employment law. He has an active interest in aviation law, including extensive business and management experience and is a licensed pilot.
Steve earned his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from New England School of Law in 2007. He is admitted to the Massachusetts State Bar, the Federal District Court of Massachusetts, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
