Overview

Rosa Ochoa-Martinez has been practicing law for over twenty-five years. Rosa began practicing law as a deputy prosecuting attorney in Indianapolis, Indiana. She also served as a deputy attorney general at the Indiana Office of Attorney General specializing in criminal cases regarding abuse and neglect of elderly patients in facilities, Medicaid fraud cases, and other types of fraud. As a deputy attorney general, she traveled throughout the state working closely with other prosecutors, investigators and law enforcement. She transitioned to practicing law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and served as an assistant district attorney before joining our firm.

Attorney Ochoa-Martinez graduated from the University of Chicago with a B.A. in Political Science and her J.D. from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
