John is an accomplished attorney with 30 plus years of experience in personal injury, real estate, probate and criminal defense matters. John has a strong background in insurance cases with a proven ability to negotiate, mediate, arbitrate and litigate complex legal matters.
After graduating cum laude from both Suffolk University in 1986 and from Suffolk University Law School in 1992, John joined a small personal injury and criminal defense firm in Weymouth, Massachusetts. From 1992 until 1999, he worked as an associate primarily representing those clients injured in motor vehicle and motorcycle accidents. John also defended clients facing criminal charges.
In 1999, John opened his own law firm in Franklin, Massachusetts and for the next twenty plus years proudly represented the legal needs of his community. In August of 2023, John joined Cataldo Law Offices, LLC where he continues to practice in the areas of personal injury law and criminal defense.
John was raised in Framingham, Massachusetts and has been licensed to practice in Massachusetts since 1992.
