Overview
Michael O'Malley joined The Law Offices of John C. Manoog III in 2007. He is a graduate of Boston College High School, Boston College and New England School of Law.
Admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 1983, for 23 years he defended lawsuits and tried numerous jury trials, bench trials and arbitrations for or on behalf of various insurance companies.
Mr. O'Malley was Senior Trial Counsel to one of the country's largest insurance companies and designated counsel for several Fortune 500 companies. He was responsible for defending and consulting in the following types of matters: auto accidents, defective products, construction site accidents, accidents involving children, wrongful death, brain injury, burn injuries, drunk driving accidents, motorcycle accidents, spinal cord injury and uninsured motorist accidents.
As Senior Trial Counsel, he was also chosen to instruct other insurance company lawyers from throughout the country at a nationally recognized advanced trial advocacy program.
Mr. O'Malley currently lectures for the Massachusetts Bar Association in the area of motor vehicle accident litigation.
