Founding Partner (Retired)

A longtime member of the Greater Lowell legal community, Attorney William C. Geary is the founding partner of Geary & Geary and has over 50 years of experience in a broad range of Practice Areas, including Torts, Negligence Actions, Real Estate, Probate, Workers compensation, Eminent Domain, Contracts, Employment, Social Security, Discrimination, Eminent Domain, and Landlord/Tenant Law.

A U.S. Army veteran and a University of Notre Dame graduate, Bill Geary is a lifelong resident of Lowell and has been an active member of the community. A former assistant District Attorney, he has also served as a member of the Lowell Charter Commission, and has been active in local politics.

Attorney Bill Geary has contributed his time to the Merrimack Valley Legal Services, the Boys Club, and various other community and charitable organizations.

Attorney Bill Geary fosters a teamwork approach to Geary & Geary clients, promotes the philosophy of long term relationships with clients, and believes in the need to understand each client's particular goals and circumstances in order to provide the best legal representation possible.

Although William is now retired from the practice of law, he continues to be very active and involved in the Greater Lowell community.
