Ms. Kiefer's practice areas include wetlands and waterways, zoning and subdivision, hazardous and solid waste, environmental impact review, development and conveyance of property and enforcement actions.

Ms. Kiefer also serves as special counsel in environmentally-complex real estate transactions, involving hazardous waste releases and remediation as well as comprehensive permitting. Ms. Kiefer likewise is experienced in Brownfields redevelopment and incentive programs involving the reuse of contaminated sites.
