Hired Law firm 1995-2006I made a review that stated Erin Wylie destroyed my.family about 28. Years ago. ERIN used her personal agenda of removing fathers from the family unit. She made claims that were completely untrue and she pergured herself and was held in contemp by the judge David Sacks , I studied MA probate law as a lay person and beat her in court , but during the 6 year long law battle the damage to my.children were complete It's now 28 years later 1 child ended up as a drug addict the other in medical.school., but even she had to go through mental health trauma that Erin Wylie put on my family . She does not care about your children and if your a male she is a shark , if you have an atty against her my.advice is for all fathers study MA probate law because in probate court anyone can make an accusation and proof is not needed but if its not.brought. up it becomes part of the. Docket

Hired Law firm 2019Attorney Erin Wyllie represented me in a complicated and difficult divorce. I highly recommend her to anyone going through this difficult and emotional process. She guided me to the best possible resolution after 2 years of wasted money spent on 2 attorneys who did not look out for my best interests. And if I ultimately decided to go to trial I had no doubt about her qualifications as a trial attorney. Have your case handled properly from the beginning and save time, money and frustration. I would highly recommend Attorney Wyllie to anyone facing divorce.

How do I choose a lawyer?
Consider the following:
- Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
- Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
- Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
- City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?
Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?
Here are a few to get you started:
- How long have you been in practice?
- How many cases like mine have you handled?
- How often do you settle cases out of court?
- What are your fees and costs?
- What are the next steps?
Want to check lawyer discipline?
It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:
- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
