Overview

Brian M. Barrett is a graduate of Tufts University and New England Law | Boston. He was admitted to practice law in Massachusetts in 2024. Prior to joining the bar, Brian built his practical experience working for the United States Attorney's Office, Morrison Mahoney, LLP, and Barrett Kornitsky, LLP.

Following law school, Brian began his legal career as a prosecutor serving as an Assistant District Attorney in the Essex County District Attorney's Office. There he represented the Commonwealth of Massachusetts at all stages of criminal prosecution for a wide range of offenses including financial fraud, operating under the influence, domestic violence, and firearms offenses.

Brian re-joined the firm in the spring of 2026. Drawing on his litigation experience, he now serves clients across a wide range of matters including criminal defense, civil litigation, family law, and personal injury.
