Overview
Daniel Park is a trial attorney with Milligan & Higgins dedicated to providing the best representation for his clients. His criminal defense practice focuses on OUI and other related motor vehicle offenses; drug offenses; firearms offenses; and other complex criminal defense matters. He also practices in RMV/BOA matters, restraining orders, and LTC appeals.
Prior to joining Milligan & Higgins, Attorney Park served as an Assistant District Attorney for the Plymouth County District Attorney’s Office. He served as a Supervising Assistant District Attorney and prosecuted hundreds of cases ranging from simple misdemeanors to major felonies. During his tenure, he was highly regarded as a skilled and successful trial attorney experienced in prosecuting OUIs; drug and firearms offenses; fraud; simple and complex larcenies; and assault & battery charges. When it comes to criminal defense, Attorney Park knows the prosecutor’s playbook, giving him the unique set of skills and experience to best defend his clients.
Attorney Park received Bachelor’s Degrees in Economics and in Political Science from the University of California, Irvine, and his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of Connecticut School of Law.
