He has been with ECALS, LLC since May, 2006 specializing in Special Education Law, Education Law, Juvenile Law, Mental Health Law, Special Needs Estate Planning and Disability Law. Daniel has extensive experience working with children and adults with moderate to severe special needs. Daniel has attended numerous IEP Team meetings, discipline hearings, court appearances etc. Daniel represents children in Children Requiring Assistance proceedings as well as individuals in guardianship proceedings. Daniel is also appointed to be an Education Surrogate Parent in the Commonwealth for children in the Department of Children and Family Services. Personally, he has devoted Twenty (20) of his summers working at Camp Fatima where he was assigned be a one-to-one counselor for those with more challenging behaviors and mental health issues. Daniel lives south of Boston with his wife and daughter.
