Overview

Jenna R. Wolinetz is an attorney in the Litigation Department. Her responsibility and passion is making sure our clients' interests are vigorously defended when matters become the subject of a lawsuit. Jenna has been focusing on honing her skills as a litigator and involved in resolving disputes in her clients' favor since the beginning of her legal career. She also works with owners of businesses to resolve partnership disputes and negotiate buy-sell agreements.

While in law school and immediately following, Jenna worked extensively in civil litigation at Davis & Davis, P.C. She has litigated matters in a wide range of areas both at Kerstein, Coren, & Lichstenstein and as managing partner of Wolinetz Law Office, P.C. Her blend of tenacity, technical skill, and dedication has resulted in her having tremendous success ensuring disputes are brought to the best possible resolution for her clients. Jenna is also on the board of American Friends of Ruach Tova, a non-profit organization that matches up volunteers with opportunities for service in Israel and around the world.

Jenna earned a Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School while achieving the Macaronis Civil Litigation Concentration, With Distinction and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology & Sociology from Northeastern University.
