Overview
Walter Galas has been a trial attorney for nearly thirty years and has recently joined Morgan & Morgan's Waltham office in the Motor Vehicle Tort Division.
Walter is a lifelong resident of Massachusetts who was admitted to the Rhode Island Bar in 1994 and the Massachusetts Bar in 1995. He received his bachelor's degree from Providence College and his juris doctor from the Columbus School of Law at the Catholic University of America in Washington D.C. He is a member of the Federal bars in both Massachusetts and Rhode Island as well as the First Circuit Court of Appeals.
Walter has extensive trial experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants. This includes personal injury jury trials in both Massachusetts and Rhode Island, as well as bench trials and arbitrations. He has also skillfully evaluated, mediated, negotiated and settled hundreds of liability claims.
Prior to joining Morgan & Morgan, he spent nearly twenty years working for the insurance companies. Walter now brings his wealth of experience to make certain his clients receive full and fair compensation for their injuries.
Walter was raised in Plymouth and Canton, but now lives in Easton with his wife and three children. When not working, you can usually find him on the pickleball court.
