Harvey Alford and Stuart Alford practiced law in Watertown together for more than 25 years, prior to forming Alford Legal Group, P.C. in 2015.
Harvey Alford retired from the active practice of law in 2022. Stuart Alford continues to practice law in Watertown as a solo practitioner and continues to maintain the name Alford Legal Group, P.C. as a tribute to his father, business partner, mentor, and friend.
Alford Legal Group, P.C. offers legal services with an emphasis on bankruptcy, divorce and domestic relations, and landlord/tenant law.
A licensed, experienced attorney handles each case from start to finish. We do not use paralegals. When you seek our help, you will work directly with your attorney. A receptionist or an attorney personally takes every phone message. Your call will be returned within 24 hours if your attorney is not available at the time of your call.

EXPERIENCE
Attorney Stuart Alford has represented private landlords and municipal housing authorities for more than 30 years. He has represented asylum seekers before the United States Immigration Court and the Board of Immigration Appeals, and he has helped obtain financial relief for hundreds of businesses and individuals.
