Founded in 1992, our law office knows that obtaining the long-term or nursing care they need may drain people of their financial assets. Sensitive to the needs of today's seniors, we advise clients of their options and help them preserve their estates, while obtaining the nursing home placement and Medicaid assistance they need.
Thinking about their own mortality and making end-of-life decisions can be overwhelming for many people. Recognizing the importance of estate planning for people of all ages, we break down the process into manageable steps and work with our clients to implement the legal tools and techniques that are best suited for their specific situations, needs and objectives. Our attorneys help people draft wills to specify their final wishes, as well as establish trusts to aid in the preservation and passing on of their assets.
At The Law Office of Madge & Johnson, P.C., we do not stop with helping people create estate plans. Our attorneys know that people's circumstances and needs may change with time, and we work with them to modify their plans when necessary to accommodate these changes. We also provide probate and estate administration services, guiding people through the process of settling the final affairs of their deceased loved ones.
