Overview
Mr. Aframe concentrates his practice in the areas of estate planning and administration, and business representation and planning. In the area of estate planning, Mr. Aframe’s range of practice varies from the simple will to sophisticated estate planning, including revocable, irrevocable and charitable trusts, qualified personal residence trusts, and family limited partnerships. In the business area, he counsels clients on business formations, transactions, asset purchases and sales, employment agreements, contracts, buy-sell agreements and leases.
Mr. Aframe also earned from the American College the designations of Chartered Life Underwriter (1978) and Chartered Financial Consultant (1980).
Mr. Aframe has been a frequent lecturer at professional organizations and instructor of professional courses in estate planning, including Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education, and is a former longtime instructor of Business Law at Clark University. Mr. Aframe has a long history of service to the non-profit community, serving on the boards of many non-profit organizations, including as President of the Worcester Jewish Community Center, the Jewish Healthcare Center,the Eisenberg Assisted Living Residence, the Jewish Home for the Aged Foundation, Inc. and the Reed Charitable Trust. Mr. Aframe is presently a corporator of Bay State Savings Bank and is a past President of the Estate and Business Planning Council of Worcester County and the Worcester Chapter of Financial Service Professionals.
