His practice spans commercial, corporate, finance, tax, securities, antitrust, currency control, and labor law matters.

Mr. Edelstein guides clients through complex transactions such as acquisitions, joint ventures, and privatizations, ensuring compliance with local regulations and maximizing investment opportunities.

Additionally, Mr. Edelstein represents Eastern European and other international companies entering the U.S. market, advising them on corporate structure, regulatory compliance, and commercial operations.
