Jeffrey L. Pietsch joined Anselmi Mierzejewski Ruth & Sowle P.C. as an associate attorney in 2019, responsible for handling first- and third-party no-fault litigation defense.

Mr. Pietsch earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan-Dearborn in 2007, graduating with distinction, and obtained his Juris Doctorate from Wayne State University in 2010.

Virtually all of Mr. Pietsch’s legal career has been in the area of no-fault and auto negligence. Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Pietsch worked as a law clerk at a plaintiff’s personal injury firm that specialized in third party no-fault litigation on behalf of significantly injured victims of automobile negligence. After obtaining his law license, Mr. Pietsch spent over seven years representing plaintiffs in various stages of first- and third-party no-fault litigation, including pre-litigation negotiation and settlement matters.
