"Let me start by saying if you don’t want to read my entire review you’ve already found the best team of attorney’s for your employment issue – you can stop looking right now and engage Sterling Employment Law. My opinion, you will never find a better, smarter, more experienced, or more knowledgeable Team in North America or even planet Earth. Yes – Ray and his team are that good. I had a somewhat unique situation. My case could have gone either way – lawsuit or negotiated settlement. Ray counseled me on the issues with each. After several days of reflection I realized that I do not have the temperament needed to go through with all of the stress, time & uncertainty of a lawsuit. Ray strategically utilized the leverage of my situation to secure for me things that I would have never achieved without Ray’s knowledge, experience, tactfulness, and quite frankly brilliance. In my experience and opinion, Ray has mastered how to negotiate situations like mine. In addition, Sterling Employment Law was extremely prompt and courteous every time I contacted them. Here’s the bottom-line: stop searching for an employment lawyer now – pick up the phone and call Dawn and engage Sterling Employment Law. If you do, you will have the absolute Best Team of employment attorneys working to protect your interests. In my opinion, you will never find anyone better – ever. "
