He has extensive litigation experience in both state and federal courts in a variety of areas, including commercial and business litigation, medical malpractice defense, civil rights litigation, real property disputes, products liability, premises liability, employment and personal injury litigation. He also serves as general counsel to a wide range of corporate/business clients, including non-profit corporations, construction companies and real estate ventures.
Mr. Vance maintains memberships in the Genesee County Bar Association, Ingham County Bar Association, Michigan Defense Trial Counsel Board of Directors, Impression 5 Science Center Board of Directors, National Letterwinners Association Executive Committee, MSU Varsity S Club (Past President), U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan.
